As promised, here are a few more photos of the projects I tested out for Melly and Me's book...the satchel bag....I fell in love with this fabric...it feels like linen and is very groovy....

That bag looks fantastic! Boy do I wish I could sew that well. I have been sewing some dresses for the girls this weekend and it has been discouraging -- lack of skill, lack of know-how, problems with the bobbin in the machine. So I look at your bag there and just think "ahhh..."
